On-line shop sales by case of 6 bottles for deliveries in France, Germany, Benelux and in Portugal.

Sales from our online store are subject to the following terms:

1) Any and all alcoholic beverages available for sale in the online store may only be purchased by people who are of legal Portuguese drinking age.
Sales are only possible in Metropolitan France, Germany, Benelux and Mainland Portugal.

2) The description, image and any other information of a product presented in the electronic store may be changed without prior notice. The images illustrating each product may differ from the product delivered.

3) Under current legislation, you are required to add VAT to the legal rates for all products. Prices shown include VAT.

4) If we are unable to supply a customer’s order in part or in full for immediate dispatch, the customer will be contacted immediately in order to decide the most appropriate procedure to resolve the situation.

5) Orders are normally delivered by post, but can also be delivered by other companies, by our own distribution or collected from our basement or showroom (with prior appointment). In general, it takes 48 to 72 hours for an order to be delivered (except for exceptions beyond our control, such as natural disasters).

6) All products shipped must be inspected by the customer immediately upon receipt. If any imperfection or damage is found in the product, the customer must return it to the shipping company, duly justify the reason for the return on the delivery note and notify us immediately, who will promptly resolve the issue.

7) We are not responsible for shipments made to countries where the respective law does not allow the entry of alcoholic beverages – it is the customer’s responsibility to seize the respective order. In case of return of products, we will only refund the amount of the merchandise.

8) We recognize that all our customers have the right to terminate contracts entered into with us, allowing them to return the products purchased within 14 days in accordance with current laws.

9) We reserve the right to cancel orders that result in incorrect amounts due to computer errors, refunding the amounts paid immediately to the buyers.
